This is the official home page of Fanimae, part of the RMIT MIRT Project. Fanimae is a desktop music information retrieval system.
You can download Fanimae files freely. The usage of the system is governed by the MIT license.
Fanimae has been ranked third in the MIREX 2005 Symbolic Melodic Similarity track. The underlying technology inside Fanimae is described in our MIREX 2005 extended abstract.
The current lead maintainer of Fanimae is Iman S. H. Suyoto (email). Fanimae is built based on research by Iman S. H. Suyoto, Alexandra L. Uitdenbogerd and Justin Zobel.
